My Home Town experienced a tragic Loss on February 13
In a senseless and sad act, one of our beloved police officers was shot and killed. I had created this Police Office Cross awhile back and stitched it up and prepared the pattern for sale. 100% of the proceeds of the sale of this cross pattern through March 1 (the police officer's funeral) will be donated to the family of the fallen police officer. As my gift to you for purchasing this cross, I am giving you the police badge pen wrap pattern free.

More to the Name
What do you call your business that you have dreamed about since high school? Afraid of failing, I was nervous to take the step into my retail dream.
As a senior in high school, I participated in a year long marketing/business class in which the final project was to create a business plan. My business plan was for a craft and gift store. Now 35 plus years later, my dream is coming true. As I prayed about this and asked God to lead me in taking this step, I was reminded of the scripture verse of Mark 5:36 - "Do not be afraid, just believe". All at once it became clear to me the name of my new venture should be Market 5:36.

Karen St Clair, owner of Market 5:36, has been in business since 2006; creating, designing, and instructing a variety of aspects of beading. Karen enjoys living in the beautiful, western town of Sheridan, Wyoming with her wonderfully supportive husband and their very precious (not spoiled) poodle, Cassidy.
